Ice Rentals & Reservations
Groups, Birthdays, & Other Parties
If you’d like to come and skate as a group either privately or as part of an organization during our regular or holiday operating hours you are welcome to do so. You will be sharing the ice with other patrons during public skate. We do not offer advanced ticket purchases or reservations this year. All tickets are purchased at the window.
Private Ice Rentals
The ice rink will be available for rent outside of the public skate hours for private events. The hourly rate and any additional fees for your event will depend on the type of activity, number of participants, and services required. Private ice rentals are subject to availability and may not be allowed during peak season. All reservations are made at management’s discretion. Private Ice Rentals may require a certificate of liability insurance from your organization.
If you are interested in reserving the ice for your event, contact us using the Ice Rink Rental & Event Inquiry Form.
Community Events
If you would like to host a community event during public skate hours, you may be able to do so. Please note, there will be no discounted admission or rentals provided. All community event inquiries are subject to management discretion and written approval from the City of Louisville. Contact us using the Ice Rink Rental & Event Inquiry Form. As with Private Ice Rentals, certificate of insurance from your organization may be required.
Liability Waiver
Liability waivers are required for each skater in the 2024-25 season. Skaters under 18 years old will require a parent or guardian to sign the release form. You will only need to fill out the liability waiver once at the beginning of the season, and for each subsequent visit, the ticket attendant will verify your liability waiver is completed and on file with no further action required from you. You must fill out a separate form for each skater. Submit your waiver now and save time in the ticket line.
